Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or Bachelors in Geology or other sciences with 2-5 years of experience.
• Minimum 0-5 years of experience.
• Willingness to study and become certified in industry-specific required training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Ability to travel 5% of the time as needed (but not required).

Nice To Haves

• ACI Concrete Field Grade I or ACI Concrete Compressive Strength (a plus).
• TXAPA, NICET, or ICC Certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform material takeoffs, cost and profitability analyses, and assess project feasibility.
• Analyze field and laboratory reports, plans, specifications, maps and geologic data to plan and deliver projects.
• Prepare or direct preparation of reports, specifications, plans, testing schedules, and designs.
• Conduct site, field, and IBC Chapter 17 special inspections to ensure compliance with test plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Train CMT technicians and support office, laboratory, and field operations as needed.
• Support projects from proposal to completion, communicate with stakeholders, direct site activities as needed, and perform other assigned duties.
