In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team, which includes the manufacturing, ag/bio-process, and food/beverage industries. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff that are supporting project detailed design. Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations. Lead the design of facility power distribution (Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control, Electrical Room Layout) and process electrical distribution (power and control wiring from control panel to equipment and field devices) in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment. Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating, related to enhanced Electrical services. Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers. Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. Review of supplier submittals. Act as a liaison between the design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design. Startup and testing of major electrical equipment. Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

  • PE License, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
