Responsibilities

Lead field investigations and data collection for ecohydrology/ecohydraulics, habitat restoration, and water quality projects
Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM) and interpret results for design and planning
Develop technical reports, design documents, and regulatory submittals with minimal oversight
Coordinate project phases, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
Serve as a secondary client contact, supporting communication and relationship management
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
Support proposal development and participate in business development activities
