About The Position

We're looking for a senior Content Designer leader to help scale our efforts to evolve our discipline and elevate our craft. You'll take ownership of key projects and lead content initiatives to delight users and drive business goals. You'll work to optimize our standards and workflows to improve the quality of our messaging and increase team-wide efficiency. You'll mentor other content designers and play an active role in their growth and development. You'll also build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading content design
  • Proven track record of fostering collaboration with stakeholders from Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.
  • Strong user empathy and advocacy, and an ability to bridge the gap with business goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with a global team across different timezones in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing or mentoring content designers.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to quantify content design impact
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share.
  • Familiarity with common design software and content management systems.

  • Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency and familiarity with consumer financial products

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Management and Product Design to plan, design, and deliver world class experiences for our users.
  • Create and scale content and messaging strategies that serve the needs of our users and drives key business goals.
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, and processes to improve content quality and increase workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze our products and services end-to-end, and find opportunities to optimize our product experience.
  • Incorporate user research, data, and metrics into content decisions, and help elevate our process for quantifying the impact of our work.
  • Mentor other CDs by sharing your experiences and best practices, and providing insightful feedback that helps them improve their work.
