Technology Consulting - Digital Engineering - CDP – Solution Engineering – Agile Delivery - Staff Consultant EY advises clients to envision, articulate, architect, assess, plan and implement leading edge solutions to efficiently run their businesses and/or provide value to their customers. These service areas span E-commerce, Digital Experience, Mobile Applications, Digital Platforms, Digital Technology Strategy, and Digital IT Operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a digital related field (technology, design, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with an interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
  • Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced agile digital environment.
  • Relevant agile software development or Product Analyst experience with a track record of delivering successful customer facing site features and improvements to back end systems.
  • Good understanding of key digital technologies within your area of focus and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of how to build and measure benefits.
  • Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in requirements
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision.
  • .Ability to travel up to 80%

Nice To Haves

  • Prior consulting experience highly preferred
  • Experience with Gherkin in defining acceptance criteria
  • SAFe Product Owner certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist with realizing the strategic vision and roadmap of a product through the development of scope, definition and design, including journey maps, flow diagrams, feature map, user stories and/or other critical deliverables
  • Working in product teams through agreed upon phases of product lifecycle, assessment, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's product lifecycle
  • Document feature sets and user stories/business requirements based on identified business needs and priorities, as well as product research and platform specifications.
  • Document and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Develop a strong point-of-view and recommend design solutions based on the desired user experience via multiple inputs rather than just relaying requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business team members throughout the development process and address questions and issues as they arise.
  • Participate in discussions to minimize scope and effort when timeline constraints exist and recommend shifts in priority where they may be needed.
  • Complete opportunity assessments in a quick-to-market agile environment. Including: synthesizing business requirements, identifying required capabilities and calling out areas of uncertainty and recommending solutions.
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of product and backlog refinement based on input from the Product Owner.
  • Assist team with testing of new functionality.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve existing customer facing products.
  • Leverage analytics data, customer survey and other feedback to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Site Operations and support teams to triage and prioritize product issues.
  • Work across teams and projects to synchronize and manage deliverables
  • Document and review test scripts and ensure requirement trace-ability
  • Proactively identify issues and partner with Operations, Support and peer teams to provide timely resolutions.
  • Negotiate and resolve problems and escalate as required.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the enterprise
  • Working directly with creative, business and technical team members to identify interdependencies and define and document requirements that adhere to technical constraints

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,500 to $124,600.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,700 to $141,700.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
  • You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
