About The Position

Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Two (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization.
Superior academic record.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Substantial experience in Employment Law and Class Action practice.
