Summary: In this role, you will serve as a first-line resource connecting contracts with internal and external stakeholders during the sales process to execute sales plans. You will manage implementation projects for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate contract connections that generate savings and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, distributors, and clients to validate requests, track progress, communicate outcomes, and support successful implementation from intake through completion.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, healthcare distribution, or supplier experience required.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and connect with distribution partners, suppliers, and end-user customers.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and employ critical thinking skills to drive innovative solutions and achieve organizational goals.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing implementation work to balance accuracy, timeliness, and revenue impact.
  • Proficiency with Excel: basic pivot tables, short cuts, formulas.
  • Client facing facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health system supply chain functions such as materials management, supply expense management, and contract optimization is a plus, particularly when focused on cost control and maximizing cost effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with contract pricing and supplier relationships, including collaboration with surgical vendors, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end contract implementation, including intake review, validation of facility and tier accuracy, submission through required systems, coordination with suppliers and distributors, and confirmation of accurate pricing and tier loading to ensure eligible revenue is captured.
  • Serve as a first-line resource for contract connections, providing guidance on required documentation, data, and site involvement.
  • Identify and develop process improvements to optimize business results and contract penetration.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, distributors, clients, and internal teams through proactive communication regarding implementation status, barriers, and outcomes.
  • Support clients by responding to inquiries or requests for research and provide issue resolution as needed.
  • Support accurate membership alignment in partnership with the Membership team.
