About The Position

Must be a US Citizen w/Active TS/SCI W2 with full benefits - 1 year contract position with potential for extension or conversion COVID19: Must be fully vaccinated and provide valid proof of a completed COVID19 vaccination prior to starting work, absent an approved accommodation for religious or medical reasons. Customer and contract specific training will be required and provided. Location - JPL/NASA, Pasadena, CA (Onsite) Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen LCAT - Staff Assistant II The US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-45/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

• Previous office/staff assistant experience
• Professional telephone skills
• Solid verbal/written skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Comfortable with computer technology (including Skype, Teams, Slack)
• Initiative and follow-through
• Excels in working as a team

Responsibilities

• Provide office support to the Nightshade project
• Project Manager and Deputy.
• Outlook calendar management (both class/unclass)
• Coordinating onsite and offsite visits
• Collaborating with Physical Security
• Editing Powerpoint presentations
• Managing presentation files
• Answering phones
• Escorting unclass trades
• Ordering supplies
• other duties as assigned
