You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. Using your expertise in training and exercise support, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum, maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters. Requirements

  • At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • 5 years experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience
  • Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
  • Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
  • Master’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
  • You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
  • Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products
  • Develops and maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
  • Other duties as assigned
