Span and Responsibility In addition to the responsibilities of the previous role: Provides comprehensive support to ELT members reporting to the CEO. Manages executive communications, board prep, and strategic scheduling with a high level of ownership. Supports ELT members with strategic and operational tasks using independent judgement. Leadership (Required) Individual Contributor. Guides junior administrative professionals and coordinates across admin teams. No formal people leadership. Impact Delivery and Accountability Delivers seamless support in high-stakes environments. Trusted with confidential and time-sensitive matters. Project / Program Management Leads executive-level logistics and coordination. Manages CEO office deliverables for supported ELT member. Leader Alignment& Influence (Required) High-level alignment with CEO’s direct reports. Acts as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders. Role Ambiguity Very High; must be agile and proactive in a fast-paced setting, making decisions using independent judgement. Other Executive-level polish, diplomacy, and agility. Experience in high-pressure, high-visibility roles.
