The Boeing Company is looking for a Staff Analyst-Experienced or Senior to join our team in Everett, WA. This analyst will be helping organize, integrate and run the business for the 767/787 Propulsion IPT organizational functions. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree +6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
  • 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data

Nice To Haves

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in Engineering or Propulsion organizations
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5+years of experience as a Staff Analyst
  • Experience in finance

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and leads meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success.
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Synthesizes complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points.
  • Supports preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required.
  • Builds and maintain relationships across Propulsion/BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.
