About The Position

We are searching for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team at ES Foundry. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in an accounting position with experience working in NetSuite ERP.

Knowledge of GAAP and relevant financial regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in accounting, bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
3-5 years’ experience with general and cost accounting
Experience with NetSuite ERP

Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation and maintenance of internal and external financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Account Principles (GAAP)
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accounts reconciliation and financial analysis
Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data in NetSuite ERP.
Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports.
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts.
Analyze manufacturing processes and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for various departments.
Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to monitor inventory costs and oversee the valuation of inventory.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into cost trends and support decision-making.
Recommend corrective actions and improvements based on data analysis.
Support financial closing processes, including month-end and year-end reporting.
Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize resource allocation and cost management strategies.
