This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. This position is a hybrid working remotely and at the Administrative Offices at the McCormick Riverfront Library. Responsible for the preparation of monthly account analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations. Responsible for all aspects of the payroll process including preparing biweekly payroll and year-end payroll reports. Responsible for all aspects of the biweekly check run including verifying, coding, entering, and paying invoices. Maintains confidentiality with respect to administrative matters
