About The Position
This position works directly will all members of the accounting department helping ensure that the financial records of the organization are created accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Financial Management
- Has excellent organizational skills
- Has collaboration skills and is a team player
- Must display Ethical Conduct
- Must be through in complete tasks
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or 3 to 5 years' experience in the field.
Nice To Haves
- Business Central experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Daily Cash Report
- Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Daily and Monthly Credit Card Charge Reconciliations
- Assist Controller in the Month End Close process
- Oversee, file and pay all state sales taxes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
