About the Role This role is office-based, with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $59,350.20 - $83,046.80 annually.   • Ensure timely closing of Accounts Receivable and reconcile to the General Ledger
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and review journal entries and accruals for GAAP-compliant reporting
  • Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare audit-ready workpapers and supporting schedules; respond to auditor requests
  • Support preparation of internal financial reports and external reporting requirements
  • Conduct offsite physical inventory counts
  • Identify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements
  • Stay current on accounting standards and regulatory changes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes with business operations
  • Provide backup support for general ledger accounting functions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience: 0-3 years experience
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with strong personal accountability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
