We have an opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Golden Valley MN team. You will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and operational support for Pentair’s Global Headquarters in Golden Valley, MN, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination of executive priorities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude and positive energy

Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide backup support during high-volume periods or when the CEO’s EA is unavailable.
  • Manage building mail.
