Think you have what it takes? How You’ll Contribute: Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Business Outsources Services team. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining all aspects of the accounting function for select clients. Ensure that accounts payable are entered accurately and paid in a timely manner Ensure that accounts receivable are entered accurately and collected promptly Process payroll in a timely manner Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed for all client bank account(s) Prepare payroll and sales/use tax filings Maintain the chart of accounts Maintain an orderly electronic accounting filing system Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions Requirements What Skills You’ll Bring: Ability to process transactions in a timely and accurate manner Issue timely and complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment by assuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements. Nice To Haves

• Advanced QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online or Xero skills
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Familiarity with Bill.com a plus
• Familiarity with other cloud-based software applications (Aero, Hubdoc, Tallie, Expensify, Fathom, or Concur) a plus
• Experience with other general ledger packages a plus

Responsibilities
