About The Position

Tapestry Health, a multi-specialty group currently practicing in 40 states, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the team.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting required.
• More than three years of general accounting experience, either in public accounting firm or in a private corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations across multi-states.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong math and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• General ledger knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating all bank and credit card transactions in accounting program.
• Entering all accounts payable in accounting program.
• Pay accounts payable from the bank or by check and record payments in accounting program.
• Manage monthly invoicing and Accounts Receivable balances, follow up with sites.
• Assist with recording of payments made by our customers.
• Prepare financial reports such as daily cash receipts.
• Directing the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data from operations.
• Reviewing and recording payroll payments and account reconciliations.
• Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
