About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a growing organization within the manufacturing industry. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and will play a key part in supporting daily accounting operations, financial reporting processes, and ongoing organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or industry experience a plus)
• Experience working within ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger activity, including journal entries and account analysis
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes in partnership with the Director of Finance
• Pull and analyze Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports
• Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
• Support process improvements and system utilization initiatives
