About The Position

We are seeking a Accountant with a strong analytical mindset to join our dynamic finance team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proven experience with:
• Complex reconciliations
• Variance analysis
• Month-end close
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with large ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill

Nice To Haves

• UAT testing OR Parallel Testing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and execute month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a new software implementation (prior UAT experience not required, but must be willing to be trained)(UAT testing OR Parallel Testing experience preferred).
• Assist with process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
