Assists in general ledger maintenance, preparation of accounting statements and financial reports; maintains record of business transactions and records; Requires physical activity throughout shift(except breaks and lunch) such as long periods of sitting; substantial walking and standing, reaching, handling, near/far vision, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Prepare adjusting journal entries. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans. Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Prepare and submit customer invoices Code, post and receipt payments Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment Track and reconcile Petty Cash Managerial accounting activities – assist accounting expatriate in analysis. Cash forecasting – Cash receipt.
