Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities within the organization
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
• Assist with financial statements and internal reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Identify and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
