As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and support the backbone of our business. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and grow as a company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or Finance/related field)
  • Experience in accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • A history of reliable and consistent job longevity.
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage cash activities, including reconciliation of cash, receivable, and payable balances, credit card management, and cash forecasting.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Maintain documentation supporting internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal control requirements.
  • Assist with audits and tax-related requests by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Utilize accounting systems and software to maintain data integrity and participate in system enhancements and process improvements.
