About The Position

Performs accounting functions according to established procedures and as directed by Accounting Management. Duties and Responsibilities include the following : Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and other applicable filings. Support key components of SEC filings, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and proxy-related disclosures, as well as related tie-outs and supporting schedules. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklists to support compliance with GAAP requirements. Prepare monthly stock-based compensation journal entries and maintain supporting schedules, including tracking of equity awards, related activities and dividends. Prepare monthly equity roll forward schedules, including share activity tracking and share reconciliations. Assist with monthly earnings per share calculations and related supporting schedules. Participate in efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and update documentation for key tasks, procedures, and best practices. Utilizes financial reporting and accounting systems, including Workiva, PeopleSoft, Blackline, and IBS. Perform ad-hoc projects which require a fundamental accounting knowledge. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or a related filed; Accounting preferred. At least two years of accounting, audit or financial reporting experience. At least one year of public accounting experience preferred. Requirements
