Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Associate's degree will be considered if candidate has healthy experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multiple accounting functions (bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations)
  • Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks Online or SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Customer service or customer facing experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Clio (or similar software)
  • CPA or CMA designation preferred
  • Preferably in a law firm (for accounting experience)
