About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This individual will support core accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of debits and credits and is eager to grow within a collaborative accounting team. This role is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote weekly Salary: $65,000-75,000/year #LAT

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• $65,000 - $75,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and financial reporting
• Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation
• Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
