Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or bachelor’s degree in data analytics with a minor in accounting.
  • WA state CPA eligible candidate with GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Able to work in office for the first 6 months
  • U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized plans for client research projects in conjunction with senior members of the firm.
  • Accurately prepare business and individual tax returns, financials, and other compliance work.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and integrated business advisory services.
  • Plan and schedule client engagements.
  • Collaborate with partners and managers in client meetings.
  • Manage projects to include budget guidelines.
  • Achieve billable hour goals.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions.
