Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience
Strong reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

2 years of public accounting experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation

Responsibilities

Track daily cash movements across a complex entity structure and ensure accurate recording of transactions
Review bank reconciliations and post adjusting entries as necessary
Prepare servicer reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with external auditor requests and documentation requirements
Maintain and update accounting procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Participate in ad hoc accounting projects as needed
