As a Staff Accountant- Corporate Accounting , you’ll play an important role in helping us offer customized, self-funded insurance options to our clients and members. The Staff Accountant – Corporate Accounting supports the organization’s internal accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. This role requires at least two (2) days per week onsite in our South Burlington, VT office initially, with the possibility of becoming fully remote after successful training completion.
