About The Position

Overnight role. PNC Park. Ensure all suites, club areas, and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards. Work closely with stadium operations, event staff, and management to understand event schedules and cleaning priorities. Train, and support a team of suite cleaners during event and non‑event days. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages. Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including chemical handling and equipment operation. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed on schedule. Conduct pre‑event briefings and post‑event walkthroughs with staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job guidance. Ensure all suites, club areas, and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards. Perform quality checks on completed work, including restrooms, seating areas, kitchens, bars, and high‑touch surfaces. Respond quickly to cleaning requests or issues during events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or facility maintenance.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and event days.
  • Leadership and team motivation
