About The Position

As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment. Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Starting Pay: $18.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance. Responsibilities

Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units
Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed
Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit
Restack, flip stack and hand-band units as necessary
Communicate with operators and team about production flow
Help train others and cross-train on other corrugator roles
Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep
Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
