Stacker Labor HY02 1st Shift Full Time Walnut Grove Hatchery
About The Position
This position is responsible for stacking of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Position requires stacking and unstacking boxes and pallets. Pushing and pulling up to 300 lbs. to 700 lbs. of product on rollers. Maintain order of flock; track flock changes and floor counts. Safely operate and maintain Pallet Jack. Work in hot, cold, and/or wet conditions. Work in a dusty environment with high concentration of allergens. Stand on hard floors for 8 hours a day. Must be willing to climb, lift overhead on a frequent basis no greater than 40 lbs. Willingness to work most holidays. Willingness to perform all other duties assigned by management. Comply with all company policies to include Animal Well Being and Biosecurity policy. Comply will all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Applicant must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility. Note: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days. Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
