About The Position

This position is in the pack out process within the flat pack department. Team members stack finished product boxes (weighing up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets. This position requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions for the entire shift. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and humid/wet environment.

Responsibilities

Effective Box Stacking: Ensure proper setup for efficient packing.
Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets.
Arrange boxes in an organized and efficient manner.
Pallet Wrapping and Preparation: Wrap completed pallets securely for shipping.
Prepare pallets to be taken to the shipping area.
Additional Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
