As a DSP, you will use your creativity and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired goals and grow their independence. This position requires someone with willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective, emotional resilience, empathy and patience. Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer services skills; Desire to be part of an energetic team; Ability to collaborate with persons served, their families and/or other important people in their life, and colleagues in a team environment; A Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; and A High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
