Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Workday Time & Absence Configuration Specialist to join our team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California or Seattle, Washington (going into the office Tuesday-Thursday) or remote within the US. Reporting to the People Systems Director, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, or related modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing system processes
  • Proven experience with configuring Workday modules and business process frameworks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Nice To Haves

  • Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
  • Experience with Calculated Fields
  • Familiarity with labor laws, FLSA compliance, and timekeeping best practices

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and maintaining Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to meet business needs and compliance requirements
  • Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline time and absence tracking workflows
  • Providing user support for stakeholder inquiries related to system functionalities
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance in time tracking and absence policies while delivering insights through advanced reporting
  • Conducting system testing and collaborating with teams to ensure proper transition for continuous enhancements and system releases
