The Sr. Workday HRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as it relates to Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, compliance with HR regulations, and providing end-user support. The Sr. Workday HRIS Reporting Analyst collaborates with HR and Management to identify appropriate enhancements, modifications, and corrections to all HR-related technology for process improvement and collaborates with IT and system vendors on implementing the changes and enhancements. Location: The position is based at Martin Marietta's headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
