About the Role: CrowdStrike's HR Information Technology team is seeking a strategic, highly skilled Workday professional to drive critical talent and compensation initiatives alongside complex operational projects. In this senior role, you'll design and own our Workday Calibration and Succession processes, partner with our global Compensation team on Workday initiatives, and serve as the technical expert for high-complexity operations including M&A projects, global expansion, and other high-visibility initiatives. This is a high-impact position for a self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems, working independently with minimal supervision, and raising the bar for how we operate.
