Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $27.02 - $39.18 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Serves as a technical lead and assists with quality control of warehouse inventory and operations for all IT, Network and Enterprise assets from receiving, to transfers and eventually proper disposal. Collaborates with multiple divisions to address and resolve escalations and continuously enhance policies and procedures. Follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch products in and out of fast-paced warehouse properly throughout the entire process. Assists with day-to-day support of staff activities, including training teammembers within warehouse operations. Subject matter expert in all areas and processes of the warehouse. Responsible for coordinating with both internal and external carriers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure movement of assets are properly staged, transported, tracked, and received in a timely manner to and from various SchoolsFirst locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues or problems that arise with inventory and deliveries of goods. Ensures fulfillment of internal orders through various systems. Responsible for developing, documenting, and managing business processes associated with warehouse inventory management. Makes recommendations to streamline high volume or labor-intensive work processes for implementation. Monitor, secure and maintain accurate records of invoices and work completed to ensure vendor compliance. Collaborates with other business units as needed to ensure compliance with warehouse inventory management and the Enterprise Asset Management Program. Monitors the asset’s lifecycle while assets are in the warehouse or in transit. Activities include administering asset tags, tracking, auditing, retirement and proper disposal of assets. Monitors, reports and coordinates the maintenance of inventory assets with the warehouse team. Conducts monthly audits of all valuable IT, Network and consumable assets within the warehouse through data collection and analysis for warehouse inventory to identify incorrect data entries. Reconcile asset and insurance records when discrepancies are discovered prior to proper disposal. Provides back up support of Warehouse team responsibilities. Ensures all Warehouse related incident, safety and security reports are reviewed and follow-up investigation is conducted as necessary. Open and close warehouse as scheduled. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions Responsibilities include training and mentoring teammembers. Addressing complaints, issues that arise and find resolution. Lead and support warehouse team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of previous related experience required
  • experience using ServiceNow or equivalent access control system. required
  • experience with conducting security audits. preferred
  • Certified Forklift Operator Certificate- OSHA approved required
  • Service Now software expertise for managing digital workflows preferred
  • Valid CA Driver’s License required
  • Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment
  • Operate power industrial trucks such as a forklift, pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Inventory Management (ServiceNow)
  • Data Analysis (reports)
  • Strong working knowledge of asset inventory management principles and concepts applicable to IT and Enterprise inventory administration
  • Knowledge of the following systems/applications preferred: ServiceNow, AssetTrack, FedEx
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility and adaptability while collaborating across multiple divisions
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to produce reports and respond to requests from management
  • Subject matter expert and support the growth of the warehouse inventory management
  • Self-motivated, team player and reliable
  • Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing.
  • Required to drive your personal vehicle or travel by plane to branch locations throughout Credit Union's Northern/Southern service area during monthly audits.
  • May be required to be on-call to respond to warehouse related issues after-hours as assigned.
