About The Position

The Sr. Warehouse Logistics Lead will report to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible to help manage the flow of goods to include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping parts and kiosks. They are expected to drive process and help set a tone of performance within the team. They are equally responsible for full-cycle inventory management, including performing inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and maintaining adequate levels of supplies.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required
• 2+ year(s) of experience in a Warehouse Logistics required with some lead experience preferred.
• 1+ years of forklift experience required
• ERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus
• Shipping Documentation and baseline understanding of DOT standard required
• International Shipping Experience preferred
• Ability to lookup drawings and identify parts
• Basic computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Effective time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player
• Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in-person
• Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

Nice To Haves

• Familiarization with LEAN principles preferred
• ERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus
• International Shipping Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Record incoming and outgoing inventory using the inventory management system
• Responsible for inventory counts and maintaining adequate levels of shipping material supplies
• Create Bills of Ladings for finalized shipments Audit purchase orders against shipment to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies
• Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics with third-party vendors
• Responsible for shipping and receiving of all packages and assets
