Senior Voice Manager
About The Position
Responsible for core infrastructure that underpins voice services delivered to State of Ohio and State of Indiana. This includes ownership of data center space, capacity management, availability management, patch management, security/vulnerability management, event management, & upgrades of the environment. Additionally, responsible for vendor management, & operational escalations. This position is also responsible for a team of voice and network engineers. Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-US citizens may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
