About The Position

The Sr. Venue Parking Operations Manager acts as the connective tissue between our venue partnerships team, which is responsible for signing deals with venues, and our revenue team, which manages relationships with parking operators. This individual will serve on the venue deal team, with the specific goal of building relationships with and winning over parking and operations stakeholders at the venue. Post-deal close, this individual will work with the onsite parking operator to optimize parking operations and maximize revenue earned by the venue via the SpotHero platform. This role will hardline report into Revenue leadership and dotted line into Business Development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in parking operations, with a strong understanding of workflows and day-to-day operator needs. Venue specific experience a bonus.
  • Exposure to digital parking or mobility platforms, with an applied understanding of how online channels drive operational efficiency and drive revenue
  • Comfort adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Parking Operations Expertise: brings a practical, intuitive understanding of how parking systems function in real-world settings, including flow, constraints, needs, and strategic levers.
  • Digital parking fluency: understands how online parking channels and marketplace platforms add value to operators, venues and asset owners alike. Applies this knowledge to strengthen conversations, strategy, and partner adoption.
  • Industry awareness: keeps current on trends in parking, mobility, and venue operations. Leverages understanding to influence strategy and elevate relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: works seamlessly across internal Business Development, Revenue, Field Operations and Product teams, aligning and clearly representing parking and venue operational needs while advancing shared goals.
  • Partner-centric relationship skills: builds trust through consistency, empathy and credibility. Connects with operator teams in a way that makes collaboration easy and productive.
  • Program development: builds playbooks, processes, and expectations that support scalable, repeatable success across partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing parking programs for major venues, stadiums, arenas and/or large-scale events.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • BI/reporting experience (Looker preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the parking footprint at a venue, both onsite and offsite, with a view to refining the pitch for how SpotHero can streamline operations and maximize revenue for the venue
  • Build relationships with parking operators at the venue and further their understanding of SpotHero’s unique value proposition
  • Serve on the venue partnerships deal team and align to Business Development goals & KPIs, including new closes, renewals and revenue growth of mid-term deals
  • Onboard and train new venue operators. Empower them to manage their day-to-day requests via SpotHero’s various account management tools.
  • Nurture long-term industry relationships and build trust with venue parking operators. Ensure they get the most value from the SpotHero platform.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure that operations are constantly running as smoothly as possible at the venue as it relates to SpotHero.
  • Establish regular communication cadences with venue parking operators, including informal check-ins and formal business reviews. Typically hosted quarterly or based on account analysis and operator needs.
  • Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings.
  • Attend industry-related conferences and tradeshows, if applicable. Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event. Build and strengthen relationships with clients through attending social events.
