We’re searching for a Sr. Vendor Integration Program Manager to join our Customer Experience team in hybrid location from either Chicago or Dallas. The Vendor Integration Program Administrator will be responsible for driving the operational success of our vendor ecosystem by managing lifecycle processes and cross-functional alignment to ensure our integrations deliver maximum value. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations or Vendor Management, with ideally 3+ years of experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with competing priorities and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to structure workflows, maintain detailed documentation, and manage high-volume vendor portfolios
  • Exceptional ability to develop and deliver professional presentations and executive-level reporting materials
  • Expert-level skills in creating dashboards, scorecards, and reporting decks to communicate program health to leadership
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet) to organize tasks and track vendor milestones
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and clear, concise presentation materials
  • Experience developing and documenting standardized operational practices for vendor lifecycle management

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors
  • Develop vendor performance scorecards to track success and platform impact
  • Establish business and technical contacts at the vendors
  • Maintain vendor use cases and manage contract updates
  • Develop operational management practices across business development, RevOps, CX, and Product / Engineering
  • Coordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors
