About The Position

Own the Experience. Shape the Ecosystem. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX) to define and elevate the end-to-end user experience across our digital software platforms and ensure that experience seamlessly extends into our hardware tools with embedded displays. Your primary focus will be our mobile and web applications with the hardware interfaces aligned with the core software experience. In this role, you’ll be the senior UX authority across products, simplifying complex workflows, driving consistency, and aligning user experience with product strategy and go-to-market execution. You’ll balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and brand expression to deliver the ultimate user experience across all products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX / product design experience with senior-level ownership
• Deep expertise in designing complex mobile and web applications
• System-thinking mindset with the ability to design cohesive ecosystems
• Experience adapting software UX to embedded or constrained hardware environments
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills
• Ability to lead UX direction across teams without direct authority
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative or similar tools to communicate flows and intent
• Executive presence and confidence articulating UX challenges, decisions and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Create the end-to-end UX strategy for mobile and web applications that incorporates UX principles that scale across devices and future product generations
• Develop interaction models, workflows, and usability standards that serve as the source of truth across products
• Create UX patterns that translate seamlessly and provide cross-platform consistency - visual, behavioral, and conceptual
• Develop a scalable information architecture that grows with product complexity
• Oversee UI execution (internal and external resources) while maintaining UX quality and intent
• Ensure alignment between UX, brand, marketing, and go-to-market storytelling
• Provide early influence in product development alongside Product, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Sales
