About The Position

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring clear visibility of cash and robust liquidity planning as the organization grows. You'll be involved in daily cash operations and will oversee forward-looking liquidity, integrating hands-on execution with strategic forecasting and process design. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity management and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in capital-intensive or infrastructure-oriented sectors.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cash flow forecast models and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote working environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Kyriba TMS and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity visibility across corporate accounts.
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operating needs and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the cash forecast model and maintain forecasting cadence.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to refine cash drivers.
  • Maintain liquidity ladder and identify potential gaps early.
  • Produce timely cash and liquidity reporting in alignment with standards.
  • Lead and develop a small treasury team with clear roles and workflows.
