This role provides leadership and direction for all facets of Transportation Operations for the Fulfillment Center (FC) and its corresponding 3+ Spoke Operations within the region/catchment area. The manager will oversee personnel for the FC's delivery region, and develop, improve, and implement processes to reduce delivery expense and increase customer satisfaction of the delivery experience. The position also involves evaluating operational effectiveness and driving improvement against key performance indicators, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
