About The Position

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 3 per week in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven professional to provide advanced transaction and client support for Capital Access. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal associates and Financial Advisors to research, resolve, and process complex, time‑sensitive requests. You will serve as a key subject‑matter resource for escalations, applying sound judgment in non‑standard situations to ensure accurate, compliant execution of client transactions. This position requires strong collaboration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School (HS)
  • General Experience - 7 to 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Capital Access policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in compliance with firm standards.
  • Handle complex, non routine transaction requests and escalations, including research, problem resolution, and coordination across teams when needed.
  • Partner with Client Service Associates, supervisors, and other internal groups to resolve issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors.
  • Respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and internal systems, exercising judgment on when to resolve independently versus escalate.
  • Initiate internal outreach to gather missing information, clarify requests, and move work forward on behalf of clients and advisors.
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to research activity, process transactions, and document actions taken.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails to support regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to team efficiency by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support schedule flexibility and coverage needs, particularly during periods of higher volume or reduced staffing.
