About this Role The Sr. Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration and compliance of Health & Welfare (H&W) benefit programs across Quanta Services and its operating companies. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate benefit data integration across systems, timely funding of employee savings contributions, and compliance with ERISA, IRS, and ACA regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to efficient, accurate program administration and issue resolution in support of operating companies and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • >3 Years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or total rewards with direct experience supporting Health & Welfare plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • CEBS, PHR or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification

Responsibilities

  • Timely funding of H&W contributions to employee savings accounts.
  • Timely processing of corrections to employee retirement and H&W contributions as needed.
  • Execute internal audits using data from various sources (HR, payroll, and benefits systems) to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Educate and provide ongoing support to HR teams at the Quanta operating companies in a variety of total rewards functions, including travel to various Operating Companies as needed.
  • Review and correct data errors and discrepancies within the Fidelity system.
  • Perform routine tasks related to benefits enrollments, H&W eligibility appeals, and claims.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide guidance to other team members on benefits-related tasks.
  • Assist with annual enrollment activities, including but not limited to, proofing changes to the employee guide and changes to systems according to changes in rates.
  • Assists in development of standard reports and improved processes for ongoing customer needs.
  • Review and correct errors and discrepancies in payroll related to benefit deductions.
