About The Position

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer : Playwright & Typescript, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust automation frameworks that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive excellence in testing. In this role, you will:

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in test automation development using Playwright and TypeScript.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with advanced SQL and database validation techniques.
Exposure to cloud-based environments and containerization tools.
Knowledge of performance testing or security testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source automation projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand enterprise tech stacks and develop automation solutions.
Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and tools.
