Advancing healthcare with heart Job Summary Promote and sell neurovascular products to customers in assigned territory; provide technical support and educate customers in the use of products; manage administrative and business relationship between assigned customers and Company. Additional responsibilities to mentor/coach/train TSM’s and assist with tactical selling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
  • Ability to make presentations to members of the medical and business community.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to teach and educate others on complex business and sales challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others on a project basis.
  • Ability to analyze market data and conduct analytical sales analyses.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field of study required.
  • Internal: three (3) + years NV sales experience; President’s Club recipient (attaining sales plan) at least two (2) times required
  • External (demonstrated accomplishments): Previous formal two (2) + years’ experience as a field sales trainer; Presidents Club (or equivalent) at least two (2) times; five (5) + years of medical device sales experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in a consultative sales role and/or Angio Suite sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed territory sale goals.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to advance business and sales objectives.
  • Manage account programs (pricing, consignment inventory, contracts, promotions, etc.) within assigned territory.
  • Work with Marketing, Customer Service and other functional departments to promote and manage business in assigned territory.
  • Attend and participate in business and training meetings as designated to acquire or strengthen skills on new products or sales programs and clinical procedures.
  • Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products into assigned customer base.
  • Support training functions, attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
  • Help train new Territory Managers (may be outside their assigned customer base) on technical and business selling skills; assist Marketing and other internal functional units to provide feedback on Company initiatives and enhance sales execution tactics; participate on Marketing Council projects; participate in Corporate Training Programs as required.
