This critical position will drive the evolution and transformation of our network operations through data-driven insights and innovative automation solutions at a global scale. The Head of Network Operations (NetOps) Analytics and Automation will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy to optimize network availability and performance, enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in network automation, analytics & AI-driven automation, with strong operational excellence and communication skills. This individual will lead a global team responsible for the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions, centralized reporting, and self-healing / automation capabilities that minimize downtime and improve operational agility.
